Who are we?
Clear Cut Land, LLC was founded in 2018 by Eric and Kristi Whitaker with one machine, a clear vison, and a serious work ethic. What started as a single forestry mulcher has grown into one of East Texas's leading land clearing and forestry mulching companies.
Eric began his career in the excavation industry in 2005 and brings decades of hands-on experience in land development. Kristi entered the heavy equipment industry in 2014 and also serves as a Title Administrator for Jeff Martin Auctioneers. Together, they combine operational expertise, industry knowledge, and strong business leadership to deliver dependable, high-quality results.
In 2019, Clear Cut Land expanded into dirt work and excavation services, as well as storm shelter installations. While the company has grown, their commitment to forestry mulching remains at the heart of what they do - and they plan to keep leading the way.
